Looking for some help around the house?  Here is a list of frequently used vendors around the community. Feel free to give them a call! Premier also has a full maintenance team that offers services at a reduced rate.  Note: you are NOT required to use anyone from this list. 

Reminder - Interior alterations such as removing a wall, adding or changing the location of existing plumbing, or electrical wiring requires prior approval from the board and in some cases, a permit from the Town.
